Why We're the Least Self-Promotional
Team in the St. Kitts CBI Space

Thousands of agents worldwide handle St. Kitts CBI — anyone can make claims. We show what actual work produces: working photographs with both the former and current Ministers of Immigration, year-over-year client approval records, on-the-ground passport-delivery photos. These aren't retouched images or stock photography. Real dates, real people, passports in hand.

Working Meeting with Former Minister of Immigration

Our team's direct working relationship with the St. Kitts Ministry of Immigration spans multiple years — not online correspondence, not subcontracted intermediaries.

Why St. Kitts Is the Caribbean CBI's
"Safe Choice"

150+ Visa-Free Destinations

Covers all 27 Schengen states (90 days), the UK (180 days), Singapore, Hong Kong, and most key destinations in Latin America and Southeast Asia. Among the top-ranked passports globally.

Established Since 1984

The world's first CBI program, with 40 years of regulatory refinement. Mature procedures, predictable approval outcomes, no "policy shock" risk.

Three-Generation Coverage

Principal + spouse + children + parents + grandparents in a single application. Citizenship automatically inherited by future generations. A structural tool for multigenerational wealth transfer.

Tax Haven Status

No worldwide income tax. No capital gains tax. No inheritance tax. No gift tax. A preferred jurisdictional pivot for HNW global asset allocation.

No Residency Requirement

You never need to live in St. Kitts. Passport is valid for 10 years, with fully remote renewals.

Real Estate Resalable After 7 Years

Via the real-estate route (from $325K), your investment can be sold to a subsequent qualified investor after 7 years — capital-recoverable, effectively a "traded passport."

Three Investment Channels · Which One Fits You

Route Minimum Amount Recoverability Holding Period Best Fit
SISC Contribution (Mainstream) $250,000 Non-recoverable None Clients seeking speed and simplicity (80% choose this)
Real Estate (Apartment / Share) $325,000 Recoverable Min. 7 years Clients who want their capital parked in a tangible asset
Private Residence $600,000 Recoverable Min. 7 years HNW clients who want a physical overseas asset
Public Interest Project $250,000 Project-dependent Project-dependent Niche investors with industry-specific interest

Ken's Advice: 90% of clients should go directly with the SISC contribution. Real estate looks "recoverable" on paper, but whether you'll find a buyer at your original price seven years later is uncertain. Capital earmarked for citizenship shouldn't double as return-seeking capital. If you want returns, put that money elsewhere.

Relative to European or American programs, St. Kitts offers lower fees, mature procedures, and broad family coverage. Compared to other Caribbean programs, St. Kitts leads in visa-free coverage and brand maturity.

Four Steps · 6-8 Months End-to-End · Fully Remote

St. Kitts is the oldest CBI program in the Caribbean and also the one with the most rigorous due diligence. Expect 6-8 months end-to-end — slower than São Tomé, but the passport's standing is in a different tier. Do not trust any agent promising "St. Kitts in 60 days" — that is a misrepresentation. As of April 14, 2026, all new applicants must submit biometrics (fingerprints + facial recognition); new ePassports issue from July 31, 2026.

Step 1 · Initial Consultation & DD Pre-Assessment (1-2 weeks)

Message Ken background review (police clearance, source of funds, family structure) engagement letter document checklist. Critical: at this stage we'll tell you honestly whether you're a likely-pass or a likely-fail, so you don't waste diligence fees. Note: the St. Kitts CIU does NOT accept direct applications — you must apply through an officially authorized agent. We are one.

Step 2 · Formal Submission & Government Due Diligence (4-5 months)

Complete file submitted by us to the CIU CIU commissions independent professional firms in the US, UK and Europe for layered due diligence (criminal record, source of funds, PEP screening, international database checks) mandatory interview (virtual by default; CIU may require in-person at a specified location). This is the longest stretch of the journey; our checklist dramatically reduces back-and-forth.

Step 3 · Approval-in-Principle & Investment Payment (4-6 weeks)

CIU issues the Approval-in-Principle letter (typically within 120 days of submission) pay the SISC (Sustainable Island State Contribution) or real-estate investment investment proof registered. Citizenship is effectively secured at this point; what remains is documentation delivery.

Step 4 · Biometrics & Passport Issuance (2-4 weeks)

New 2026 rule: biometric capture (fingerprints + facial recognition) Oath of Allegiance (remote video or in-person at a Consulate) citizenship certificate issued ePassport printed couriered internationally. Your entire family now officially holds St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship.

St. Kitts vs. Other Caribbean CBI Programs

The Caribbean has five CBI programs (St. Kitts, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua, Saint Lucia) that have been copying each other's policies and competing on price. This table shows where St. Kitts genuinely stands out.

St. Kitts Passport · 10 Most-Asked Questions

Does a St. Kitts passport genuinely cover all Schengen countries and the UK?
Yes — visa-free access to all 27 Schengen states for 90/180 days. The UK grants St. Kitts passport holders 180 days visa-free (the standard treatment for most Commonwealth nations). Note: Since 2025, the UK requires St. Kitts holders to obtain an ETA (electronic travel authorization). This is not a removal of visa-free status — the application is fast and inexpensive (£10).
Why does the Ken team have so many approvals? Is there a secret?
No secret. ① We started working on St. Kitts CBI back in 2015 — one of the earliest agencies in this market. ② Our 11-year working relationship with the St. Kitts CIU (Citizenship Investment Unit) is not something you can buy. ③ Both the former and current Ministers of Immigration have documented working relationships with us (photos above). ④ We're US-based with native English operations and no subcontracting. The outcome: consistent approvals, fewer issues.
Should I choose the $250K contribution or the $325K real-estate option?
90% of clients should choose the $250K contribution. Reasons: ① It's $75K cheaper; ② Processing is 1-2 months faster; ③ Real estate carries 7 years of maintenance and tax costs; ④ The resale market is thin — there's no guarantee you'll find a buyer at your original price after 7 years. Real estate only makes sense if you strongly prefer "capital-preserved" framing and accept that your money is locked for 7 years.
I've heard about Caribbean citizenships being revoked. Does St. Kitts have this risk?
What's revoked are individual applications, not entire programs. St. Kitts conducted case-by-case reviews of high-risk nationals (primarily from sanctioned jurisdictions — Russia, Belarus, Iran) between 2022-2024. For clients with Chinese mainland / HK/Macau/Taiwan / Chinese-descent backgrounds whom we serve, this is not a risk factor. As long as the DD materials are authentic and there's no international red-notice history, St. Kitts citizenship is stable.
Can I apply for a US E-2 visa with a St. Kitts passport?
No. St. Kitts is not on the US E-2 treaty country list. If your goal is using a third-country passport for a US E-2 visa, choose Grenada (the only Caribbean E-2 passport) or Turkey (a major-nation E-2 passport). US visas via a St. Kitts passport follow the regular B1/B2 path, same as any third-country holder.
Can I include my parents and parents-in-law?
Yes. St. Kitts allows parents (55+, financially dependent on the principal) to apply. Parents-in-law are treated the same as the principal's parents. Grandparents may also be included (dependency must be documented). Each additional adult adds roughly $15-20K in government fees + DD.
Do I have to renounce my Chinese citizenship to obtain St. Kitts citizenship?
St. Kitts does not require you to renounce your original nationality, and the Chinese mainland government is not notified during the application. However, Mainland China does not legally recognize dual citizenship — if you declare it yourself, or if Chinese customs identifies your St. Kitts passport on entry/exit, your Chinese nationality may be canceled. How and where you use the passport requires a personalized strategy — this is discussed privately, not published.
Can I sell or renounce St. Kitts citizenship in the future?
Once obtained, citizenship is protected by the St. Kitts constitution and cannot be "transferred" or "sold" to another party. You can, however, voluntarily apply for renunciation — a normal procedure recognized in international law, taking ~3 months. Most clients don't renounce — they keep the citizenship long-term as a contingency channel, at zero annual cost.
I've heard St. Kitts recently changed its policies — what's new?
Several adjustments between 2023-2025: ① Strengthened DD standards (beneficial for HNW clients — it squeezes out the gray-market competition); ② Additional interview requirements for certain sensitive nationalities (does not affect Chinese clients); ③ Launch of SISC (Sustainable Island State Contribution), replacing the former SGF. Essentially the same program with a new name. We receive official internal notices the moment policy changes — our clients don't suffer from transition losses.
Starting today, how long until I have the passport in hand? Can I expedite?
Standard timeline: 3-6 months (most clients receive it in ~4 months). Expedited processing (Accelerated Application Process) can compress this to 45-60 days, with a $25K expedite fee (case-dependent). Useful for urgent circumstances — e.g., a child about to turn 18, or an expiring home-country passport.

You Don't Want the "Cheapest." You Want It Done.

Anyone can be a St. Kitts agent. Few do it consistently. The Ken team · 11 years · 150+ approvals · documented photos with both Ministers. 15 minutes on WhatsApp will tell you if this path fits.
