Why Antigua Is Purpose-Built for Families of Four

Best Family Package Value

$230K covers a family of four — under $60K per person. Compared to Dominica's $250K or St. Kitts' $275K for a family of four, Antigua is the clear "family-first" choice.

Zero Income Tax

Antigua imposes no worldwide income tax, no capital gains tax, and no inheritance tax on non-residents — a standard pick for high-net-worth clients building a tax-residency backup.

150+ Visa-Free Countries

Full Schengen 90 days, UK 180 days, Singapore, Hong Kong. Visa-free coverage ranks in the Caribbean top tier.

Premium Vacation Destination

Antigua is a top-tier Caribbean vacation destination. The 5-day-over-5-years visit requirement is really a luxury family vacation — you knock it out on your next break.

Key Questions About the Antigua Passport

Is the 5-days-over-5-years residency requirement difficult?
Five cumulative days over five years — that's one day per year on average, easily fulfilled in a single vacation. In practice, it's effectively a "mandatory family vacation" requirement; most clients actually welcome it — spending a few days in the Caribbean every five years isn't exactly a hardship. Note: it's "cumulative," not "per year" — so you can knock it out in one trip.
Do I have to pay taxes in Antigua after getting the passport?
No. Antigua is a zero-income-tax jurisdiction — no worldwide income tax for non-residents, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax. Even after you receive the passport, if you don't actually reside in Antigua, your income from China / US / elsewhere stays fully outside the Antigua tax net. This is one of the key reasons many high-net-worth clients use Antigua as a tax-residency backup. Note: tax planning still has to factor in CRS / FATCA rules of your primary country of residence — we recommend talking to a cross-border tax advisor both before and after obtaining the passport.
What's the risk of being denied during the application process?
Overall denial rate is low (official figures around 3-5%). Common reasons for denial: (1) Interpol red notices; (2) US OFAC sanctions list; (3) serious commercial litigation or bankruptcy; (4) fraudulent documentation. We run a "pre-due-diligence" before signing any engagement — if we find material red flags, we'll advise you to switch programs or adjust strategy upfront. We won't let you pay a large fee and then discover you can't pass.

Why mention this here? Because a meaningful share of our passport clients are operating-company founders and institutional LPs — you don't only need a travel document, you need a partner who simultaneously understands regulation, cross-border structuring, IPO pathways, and asset placement. Ken's two roles share the same underlying playbook.
